Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not already been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Return Policy:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as personal protective equipment (PPE). Please refer to the product description or contact us for clarification before initiating a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns made without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds may take 10-12 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
